Stamp onto acetate using black Stazon, then (1.) turn over and color the back of the image using metallic markers, Sharpie felt pens, Twinkling H2O's, etc. Use clear doublesided adhesive paper to stick the stamped image/s to background card. Trim and layer onto chosen cardfront or cardstock.
Sample: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
or (2) create interesting background paper/card by using one of the many background techniques, e.g. credit card technique, or make a background smooshing acrylic paints, Lumieres, metallic markers or Sharpies, watercolors, DTP, H2O's, etc. Cut a piece of clear doublesided adhesive sheet (must be clear) to fit the stamped image, stick it to the back of the image, peel off backing paper and mount onto background paper.
A few samples on this page of my website:

Looking forward to seeing what everyone else does.
