Default Snow Globes: Does anyone know how to make these?

Hi everyone,
I saw some adorable snow globes in the gallery. This might seem silly, but I can't tell if these have water in them or not!
Does anyone know where I can find instructions or could you please post them here? Thanks! Heidi;)

Here is the tutorial for shaker cards...Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers the snow globe is just a variation on the theme! Check out all the tutorials and techniques under the "Resources" heading at the top of the page.

I made a snow globe card and used tiny beads without holes for the "snow" . My best tip is when you make the shaker itself, go for a square or rectangular shape. getting that foam tape to work right and not hang out over the edges with a circular shape is a beast.

Have fun!

And here's the tutorial for an actual snowglobe - made from a clear glass ornament:
