You stamp your image on cardstock then cover it with Versa Mark and dip it in UTEE (Ultra Thick Embossing Powder). Repeat the Versa Mark and UTEE twice more, wait for it to cool (you can put it in the freezer), then bend it to crack it. Be careful or some of the "cracked glass" could fall off. Then rub in some dark colored ink to make the cracks more visible.

Do you heat in between the Versamark and the Utee or just apply it three times then heat? ALso can the GLassy Glaze that we sell be used for this? Or is that for a different look?

Yup! You heat the UTEE each time, for a total of 3 times. And I believe that the Glassy Glaze is the same as UTEE. At least that's what I've been told.

HTH!

Yes, UTEE and Glassy Glaze are pretty much the same thing, but I bought a 200 gram container of UTEE at Michael's for $9.95 (the container is about the size of a soda can) and Glassy Glaze is $4.50 plus 10% shipping for just one ounce! That is a huge price difference!
