Can anyone tell me where I can find a tutorial on making covered note pads? Thanks everyone!

Default Covered Note Pads
You didn't specify what size you were looking for, but here's one that I have used several times.....courtesy of someone here, I'm sure, but there's no notation on the file. If it's yours chime in....I love this!!! HTH
