3-d foam tape and pearl ex tutorial
 

Hi! I am new at this. I am looking for a tutorial using 3-d foam tape and pearl ex tutorial. You pull off the cover of the foam and cover the sticky part with pearl-ex? My friend saw it some where and is now going crazy trying to find it.

It's funny for me too because I had no idea what it was called !
I just remember it being something that fascinated me and I thought I would try it. I loved the look.
When I saw 3D foam and Pearl Ex it just clicked...

I've never seen that before, but I have the stuff to do it! Will have to give it a try.
