Default 2, 4, 6, 8 Boxes

I am sure the directions are somewhere in the wealth of information on this site but I have been unable to locate.... can someone please provide/direct me to the link for the 2, 4, 6, 8 boxes? They look great and I was thinking of using them for my first home party in January. Thanks in advance!

Default 2-4-6-8 Boxes

Hi,

These boxes are really easy and are a fun make and take !!!

You take half a sheet of cardstock (8 1/2 x 5 1/2) and score it every 2" (hence 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 box). You'll end up with a 1/2" tab. Turn the cardstock 90 degrees and score at the 2" mark (this will be the bottom).

Cut slits on the 2", 4", 6" and 8" marks from the bottom up to the 2" score line. These will be the bottom pieces of your box. Completely cut off the 1/2" x 2" piece.

Using double sided tape on the 1/2" tab, fold the box and seal. Next, turn it over and use the double sided tape to seal the bottom flaps of the box.

Next, pinch the box closed (with the 1/2" taped side to the back), cut a slit on each side and use hemp twine or ribbon to tie it shut.

One thing that my customers love is when we use wheels to decorate the boxes and also to make labels (#5160 size) to wrap around Hershey's Nuggets.

THESE ARE SO MUCH FUN !!!

Good luck,
Myra
