okie dokie! I think I have the links fixed, and even made them "fancy" at the same time.
Let me know if they still don't work!

Here is mine.... Woodsy Christmas.

Most of my "wood" is covered up, but it gives it a neat, rustic feel to the card. Definitely a country Christmas card!

OK, I started out with a completely different idea...I was going to do a door with a wreath, but alas, it just wouldn't work out...so here is what I came up with instead...similar concept, but different

I did the DTP technique and then stamped over it with the Weathered Wood bg stamp...

Thanks for the push, I've been wanting to try this forever!

I finally got to participate in a challenge again. I was brooding quite a while this morning on how to use that Faux Wood on a card. I love the look of flowers stamped in front of it with craft ink.

Here is mine for the faux wood challenge. I should have made the one on the left a little different color so it would show up better on the wood. I like this challenge.//www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=409185&cat=500&ppuser=67069

I don't have a card made with the faux wood technique, but I do have a card made by stamping on real wood veneer.
I had a guest at a workshop who wanted to know if you could stamp on wood so I decided I should try it out. Lo and behold it worked!
