OK, Jeanne answered my question, so I did a card, but I used "stickles" also, so it has to dry before I can scan it. Hopefully it will be a bit later tonight, if not tomorrow is another day!

I'm trying this technique out, but will have to wait until tomorrow to finish. Is it me or do the SU colored pencils not look like the SU colors much? I have heard good things about prismacolor pencils. Any opinions on them? Is there more of a variety of colors? I have a 36 pack of Crayola colored pencils, may give them a shot tomorrow. I am not happy with the SU pencils.

Thanks for a cool techinque! Will get out my heat gun tomorrow, took way too long to dry...

Anyways, here is my Painted Thank You

I finally had time to get mine uploaded. New baby as usual, but then we had a tornado warning so I was off the computer for a while. They are already approved-Thanks!

I'm terribly uncreative doing this bouquet thing again, but it was difficult for me to think what to do on this one.

I have a friend who had surgery last week that I am visiting tomorrow morning. I had a Get Well Card already, but felt this was more fitting for her.

http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...67015&cat=5045

Thanks, Beth, for a new and simple technique. I will be making more of these.....

Here's mine. I used Vanilla 'cause I don't have white yet, though I've really been wanting it. Also I combined it with the Ways to Use it challenge:

Thanks for looking!

I learned something new this week and I love it! It's a really cool look.

I managed to make some cards last night, but won't have time to play the rest of the week. I'll be watching, though.

Here is my Tulip Card

And my Butterfly Girl

(I'm not sure I did the link thing correctly, so I'll be back to edit if I screwed up!)

This is a tough one for me. I finally decided what stamp to use and I hate the outcome. I have tried this technique today w/3 different stamps and I still have not come up with anything. Just want you to know that I am not ignoring the challenge, I just can't get it!

I started my card yesterday evening before a workshop, went off for a couple of hours to let the white dry and it was still wet when I got back. I left it overnight because it was late anyhow and it was still damp this morning--so I finally heat set it. Love the effect but I'm usually not that thrilled to watch paint or ink dry.

Default Froggie penciled over

I wasn't sure how froggie would look penciled over, but I don't think he turned out that bad. I'm pleased with how this turned out. Made this for my ds who turns 38 tomorrow. Hope he doesn't think it's too juvenile....

Great challenge Beth! I think this technique is growing on me. Here it is! My first challenge card in a loooong time. It also fits the CC and the LSC. It almost fits the SC but not quite.
