Default Template in Word .doc format

If you're having problems printing the template from the PDF file you may want to try the .doc file I uploaded in post #154.

Is there a way to grayscale this so it doesn't show the lines very dark?

I have a program that converts Word to PDF and back, and so I converted it, and after you asked about gray (good question, by the way), opened it to see if I could alter the lines... I selected it and changed the line color (Word 2007 - don't know if the older version will do that or not)... pretty easy with the tools

Another way to make it lighter is change print options to "draft".

how do you do that? I clicked print preview and there were no "draft" options, nor did I see draft anywhere else.

Gosh, this is the third time I've tried posting this. Let me try it one more time.

I finally had a chance to take a picture of my cute little box and upload it into the gallery! I really had fun with this challenge. Thanks, Lynn, for such a fun challenge and for the template! I'll probably make more of these fun little boxes!

oh darn. i guess the option only comes with Epson printers. Do you have an area that says "print options"??? It might be in the printing preferences somewhere also. Poke around the printer area and see if you can locate something that allows you to change printing preference.

I don't and I own a HP. Thank you for your help though. There are many times that I wish I could grayscale the templates that are shared so the lines don't show.

when you make this box, did you use ATG or liner/scor tape to adhere? Great box!

Wow! Those all look so great and very different from each other's. They can be used for all of the holidays. Red-hots for Valentine's, Red and Green Kisses for Christmas, Candy Corn-Halloween and so on.

Thanks for this challenge!
