I love these - I made one last year and never revisited it - I'm not going to be able to stamp today - but have printed out the instructions so hopefully I can do one later this week! Great challenge Lynn!

My first tag punch starburst ever! I never wanted to take that much time to make a card, but it wasn't that bad!

Wow! What an honor that you'd use my first little tutorial. It was so limited because of the 3-picture limit. Thanks so much!! I haven't made one in long time, so I should get busy.

I did another, more detailed tutorial after that first one for the resource section. It's at

http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...ag_punch_star/

The variety and creativity of the SCS stampers never cease to amaze.

Thanks again!

Wow, this was a REAL challenge as I have NO tag punches. I had to recreate the wheel, so to speak. I made my own tags and used an xacto knife to cut the centers out.

Here is my:

I didn't have any punches either. So I used my computer. I used microsoft publisher to make a rectangle. I then added two lines in the upper corners to make the tag shape. I made my lines as thick as possible. I then printed it on cardstock and cut them out by hand. It was a lot more time consuming than if I had the punches, but I was able to duplicate the look. I also didn't have vellum, but used two coffee filters instead. Here is my card.

One Punch Snowflake - I only had one tag punch, hence the title, but after sitting out the Simple Green last week I was happy to cut out the centres of the tags with my trusty knife . Thanks, Lynn, because I am still not finished my Christmas cards!!

I've tried this technique in the past and it is time consuming and difficult to get even star points. Sorry, I don't have time to play with it at this time of year. Way to many other projects needing my attention right now. Maybe next time.

I made this card after school today. I had Mom cut my paper. She didn't want me to emboss. She said I might burn the house down! I did not burn the house down. I know how to use the heat tool. She's crazy. I think she talks to my cats all day while I'm at school! hahaha
Here is my card

What a fun challenge - I grabbed items from my scrap pile because I was SURE it was going to be complicated, but it was VERY easy. I hope to try again now that I know what I am doing!!

Here's mine. I didn't have the tag punches required for the star burst so I subbed circle punches and it turned into a snowflake. I hope the challenge police doesn't come after me!

Well, once you have copied your link to your project, come here and type in the word you want to make a hotlink, then highlight that word, and click on the icon above that looks like a world with a paperclip...and once you do that, a pop-up box will appear where you can paste your link. And there you have it.
