Good Monday to you all! Today we'll try faux watercolor. I'm not sure how I came across this video but it looked intriguing. The artist uses scenic stamps but I think you could use most anything. I created two cards, which will be uploaded shortly, both nature oriented but I really think you could use most any image. I did a few more layers of color than the video suggests. It was challenging to decide when I should stop adding layers. Give it a go!
Remember to use the keyword TLC972 when you are uploading. It's helpful if you come back and leave a link on this thread, especially in case you made a typo and people may not find your card.
If you're not sure how to link your card on the thread here, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

This is a very cool technique! I loved how the inks flowed on the wet page, but not so much that you lost the image! Very definitely going to try this again!
I mixed this with the CAS Fall challenge this week!
