July already?! Where has 2023 gone? Today's TLC is an easy one with lots of options. The video I'm sharing is from my Stampin' Up demo, Karen Philipp, but there are lots of other videos on YouTube with different ideas and variations. I think this technique is quite popular at the moment. I did this in Karen's technique club and thought it would be fun to do it here. The basic idea is that you fold a piece of cardstock, white here, in the usual top folding style, cut strips of equal width from one side about two thirds up (she said 3/8", I think a little wider is better), use a piece of sticky paper to lay them out lined up with the cardbase, spaced equally, add two of the strips in from the sides about a half inch and then glue them in place. Decorate as you wish. I thought it might be pretty to add some dsp to the inside that will show through the trellis. Use heavier cardstock so that it will stand more firmly.
