Here are a couple of my cards, one is a gift card holder the other is a money holder, both of the templates for these were originally from SCS stampers. The cards are my design, but the templates I borrowed from here. The template for the money holder was sent to me by a good friend, stampwithcynthia. I just finished 6 check holders, using the folded envelope technique shown by MyPrecious, with an assist for ideas by Yvette. Mine is pretty lame compared to theirs - in fact, they may deny eny influence. But I figure the project won't last long once the grandkids are opening them!
I found these at the local hardware store - they are meant to hold gift cards - I decorated them up with scraps of pp and some ribbon/cord and the small tag punch!
Home from work, I can play in a little while. Need to make some of these too.
Thanks Beth.

Here's another from my gallery. When you untie the bow and lift the flap with the trees, there is a tri-folded envelope revealed for money or gift card. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I just made a whole batch of gift card holders this weekend. Must have been ESP
Here is a sample Gift Card Holders Inside
I cased it from one I got in a swap but I don't really know who did it. But let me tell you, whoever it was, thanks so much. I have used this so much, especially with the holidays coming!
This was perfect timing! I got all 3 gift card holders done! Only showing 2 because the third one didn't turn out as planned. I like these though - followed the layout for sketch challenge 101.

Ok. I made one just for this challenge. Well, I had to make one any for a gift certificate that a customer requested. It's larger than a gift card but I thought I'd submit it for this challenge anyways!
It's still waiting for approval to upload so you may want to wait a bit before looking at it. Comments would be greatly appreciated.
The card opens from the middle (both top and bottom pieces open). I forgot to take a pic from the inside but I layered the GC onto a piece of Brilliant Blue paper using the slit punch and then use the slit punch to layer that onto the Not Quite Navy paper.
Wow. People are quick. I haven't even posted my link here yet and there's already 3 comments. I feel so lucky! Normally I might get 1 comment. Thanks ladies!
