What fun this was! Thankfully, there were no bears in my back yard - just hoardes of mosquitos ready to feast. I wonder how they would squish if I ran 'em through the cuttlebug...
Here is the result of my attempts at this technique:

I have a question about the smushed images. Do the watercolor papers discolor or do the colors remain true over time?

How FUN!!! I haven't tried this myself, but I promise I will just as soon as it dries up enough for me to go pull some flowers.
BTW - seems like you are stuck with Holly's at home and at SCS! LOL! You'll have to call me Holly One and the SCS gal Holly Two. Hee hee hee!!!

What a great technique. . .and a great way to break in my brand new Big Shot! When I saw this on Monday, I said. . "No way! I'm sitting it out". . .but then I tried it yesterday and it was fun!
Thanks!

This is a new one for me! Fun technique! I substituted some glossy photo paper and a pasta machine for the watercolor paper and Big Shot/Cuttlebug.

Here is mine. It was a busy week and I didn't get out to the garden til Thursday night and then the flower was so juicy, I had to wait for it to dry until today.
So, here you go at long last.

Oh no! I don't have any watercolor paper right now... can I use regular cardstock, or some other kind of paper?

I imagine you could use any kind of card stock, just not glossy. I certainly had a good impression on the computer paper I used to cover the flowers. The watercolor paper just soaks it up a little more.
