rock 'n' roll technique?
 
ive seen this on a few blogs now and i have no idea what it is. well i have some idea because the cards they have made using it are gorgeous!
i want to know what it is, how you do it and who has used it??

please help me-i want to learn more!!!

Hi there! I believe this is what they call it when you ink your stamp in a lighter color first, then without pressing all the way down on it you ink just the edges of the stamp in the darker color second... kind of rocking it and rolling it on the inkpad (hey maybe thats where they got the name). Then you stamp it on your paper and both the colors will show on the image.

here is a link to one in my gallery, although it looks much better when done with a more solid (and less long) stamp. The length on this one made the rocking and rolling a little difficult. but still loved the color turnout!
