MMTPT591 ~ November 19, 2019 ~ Twelve Days of Christmas
WELCOME TO TEAPOT TUESDAY CHALLENGE MMTPT591
“Twelve Days of Christmas”
Anyone is welcome to play in the weekly Teapot Challenge - the more, the merrier! You automatically become a “TEApotter” the first time you play. Where will you find inspiration? Will it be from the teapot? The destination location? Something of the recipient? Or could it be from the challenge itself? Remember, your participation in Destination Station is 100% voluntary and not a requirement. Just have fun!
CHALLENGE:
Let's have fun with the 12 days of Christmas, there are 12 elements listed. In no particular order, how many "days of Christmas" can you fit on your card.
Red
Green
Gold
Silver
Additional colours (the more the merrier)
Tree/s
Holly
Baubles
Santa
Presents
Texture
At least one more thing not on the list.
Extra cookies if you have all 12 on your card...no cookies for me, I ended up with 11
DESTINATION STATION:
Our destination this week is to Jacqueline Zuhde, the loving 82 year old mum of our very own teapotter Jeannie (Lv2grdn). Earlier this month, Jacqueline moved 4 hours from her home and friends, into an assisted living facility.
On the bright side Jeannie and her family are only 15 minutes away.
Seeing as this is Jacqueline's first Christmas in her new home, I thought it would be fun to fill her room with teapotter hugs and wonderful bright Christmas cards.
Send your cards to:
Jacqueline Zuhde
620 Malin Court #6
HOLMEN WI 54636
USA
Be sure to you use KEYWORD MMTPT591 in your upload and post a comment here so we can all see your card!
Do you know someone that could use some well wishes, encouragement or just some warm fuzzies? Consider nominating them as a guest of honor (a.k.a. destination station) for an upcoming tea party. Post your request HERE or send a PM to Jacqueline.

I can't believe you couldn't even get all 12 items for your own challenge! I did and it wasn't too bad..once I got started they all came pretty easily.
I only got 4 (Santa, holly, red, green),but I think this is the one I want to send Jacqueline. It’s just merry. How can you not smile at a laughing Santa?
Sheesh, just about time to upload before heading out for physio, my bus never came after work :-(.
I got all twelve, and it doesn't even look contrived. At least, DH likes it. I'm impressed that Polly got them all and still kept a very CAS style.
Be back to look at the gallery after physio...
I just had to play along this week because Jeannie is a very dear friend. I made this card over a month ago, but it fits the challenge with the red and white used. What a honor it is to send this card to Jeannie's dear mother: MMTPT591 Season's Tweetings by Art Deco Diva - at Splitcoaststampers. Thanks for looking. ~Karen.
Here is my card for Jacqueline's first Christmas in her new home! I hope it will brighten her day!

Susie, your tea party for Mom was beyond delightful and am truly grateful to you and all the tea-potters for your wonderful creations!
Mom received 4 cards today and was brought to tears of joy at such beauty and words in your cards and mentioned to her to expect more. She extends her heartfelt thanks and would hug each of you in person if she met you in real life, so consider this note an internet hug on her behalf!
Sweet friends your are a blessing and appreciate you all!
Warmest hugs and abundant love to you all, and will share this wonderful tea party at our family & friends thanksgiving table.
Blessed & grateful,
Jeannie

Gracie you took the words right out of my mouth. I love this Teapotter community. We don't have thanksgiving here, but if we did, I would give thanks to Jacqueline for putting the heart back into Teapot Tuesday and to everyone who participates and sends paper hugs all over the world.
Jeannie your message makes my heart smile. I can't wait for all our cards to arrive!

Dearest teapotters, Mom is still on cloud nine from receiving your amazing cards and heartfelt messages. She has invited other residents to her apartment to see for themselves the talented beauty of your cards.
She thanks you from her heart and will treasure these keepsakes forever!
Here she is blowing you a kiss!
She’s wishes you all a very Merry Christmas holiday!
