Anyone is welcome to play in the weekly Teapot Challenge - the more, the merrier! You automatically become a “TEApotter” the first time you play. Where will you find inspiration? Will it be from the teapot? The destination location? Something of the recipient? Or could it be from the challenge itself? Remember, sending your card to the listed guest of honor is 100% voluntary - it's not a requirement but will be very well appreciated. Just have fun!
This week's challenge hostess is: snietje/Anita
CHALLENGE:
Our dear friend Anne, asked this party for Debbie who loves lighthouses and she teaches math, so I would like to see lighthouses on your cards, but to make it a bit more challenging try to add, even if it's hidden, at least a number in your design, we had a fun watercolor Wednesday challenge which you can use to get inspired see that HERE
I would like to share this picture from a lighthouse I saw during my vacation

CARD TYPE/THEME: Thinking of You, Feel Better, Brighter Days
SCS jdmommy (Anne) requested a teaparty for her dear daughter-in-law, Debbie, who broke both her tibia and fibula. Ouch! Debbie is a teacher and went back to school recently on crutches (along with her mask). Let’s wish her brighter days – her school year is off to a rocky start but is bound to get better. Debbie loves Maine, lighthouses and teaches math.

I removed a front panel from a card made in a Stampin' up class from a couple of years ago, and added a math background as well.. Just when I think I have every die and stamp design, I get stumped when i don't have them in my stash !
Anita, I apologize that I forgot about your challenge to add a number somewhere on our project .... I got so engrossed in inking up the background for Debbie's card, that it just slipped my mind. I had lots of fun on this challenge .... thank you!
God demonstrated His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us ... being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 5:8 & 9
I tried to find a funny sentiment....but no such luck. On your new adventure is tounge in cheek- as crutches and navigating life in a new way is a New Adventure IMO..... Inside, the card says:
Hope you feel better a little more every day.
Hello dear TEAPOTTERS I've got a pm from our Anne and I wanted to share this message with all of you and thank you so much for sending your pretty cards to Debbie, here's the message:
I got a call last night from Debbie, who is so happy to receive all the cards from the Teapotters. She said she can't get over how beautiful the cards are, and from all different places!! She asked me through you to thank all the girls for their cards. She is so brightened up by them!!
