WELCOME TO TEAPOT TUESDAY THE SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING TEAPARTY AND CHALLENGE #532
MMTPT352 Ah!
Note: Anyone is welcome to play! You automatically become a Teapotter the first time you play in our challenge. Also, you do not have to write a story. You just have to be inspired by the teapot or by the story about this week's location! Have fun! If this is your first Teapot Tuesday Challenge, please mention that in your commentary so we can be sure to greet you properly, in pure Teapot Tuesday fashion! Your participation in Destination Station is 100% voluntary and not at all required. Just have fun!
Jody (jodylb) is our guest hostess for the Tickle challenge this month.
Ah, spring has finally arrived in Ding Dong, TX. After being cooped up all winter, the fine citizens are more than ready for the annual Ding Dong Spring Fling over to the Community Center. A dear friend of mine, Miz Sadie Dalwhimple, has been hard at work organizin the event, plannin the croquet tournament, sack races, horseshoe toss and such like.
Now, if you aint ever been in Texas in the spring, you dont know that its kinda like that box of chocolates Forrests mama was always goin on about. You never know what youre gonna get. Sure nuff, the day before the Fling, the weatherman down at the local TV station forecasted rain. And wind. And maybe even some hail!
Well, poor Miz Sadie was behind herself trying to figure out what all those folks were gonna do with themselves if the event had to be moved indoors. She called me up, all in a panic, and I told her I had some 42,000 friends who could help her out. Why, she could put on a 42 tournament, an a Texas Hold Em shootout, an a Monopoly marathon, an a Scrabble throwdown, or a Bunco blowout, an maybe even a Yahtzee or Checkers challenge! She just needs a little help gettin all that stuff down to the Community Center.
Folks, I just caint let Miz Sadie down, an I know the Teapotters are up to the task!
CHALLENGE TRANSLATION: Bring dice, dominoes, playing cards, Scrabble , Monopoly, Yahtzee and Checkers.
But dont toss in horseshoes or youll be tossed out in the storm!
DESTINATION STATION:
This week our destination is each other! Once a month, we send our cards to each other! A little payback and reward to the teapotters for always sending their cards to the recipient of the Destination Station.
 I have started this new thread in the Teapot Tuesday Extras Forum. If you are participating in the card exchange please go to this thread and follow the instructions.
Here is a Quick Link to the MMTPT352 Challenge Gallery

Ever want to get a jump on next week's challenge card? SCS has given Sheri (KSNurse) permission to create an email Teapot Tuesday Cheater Group and email the challenge out on the Saturday before the Tuesday of the challenge so you girls can have the weekend to make your card. Send her a pm with your email address if you want to be a Cheater!
If you are confused about these challenges, see the first sticky post of this thread for more information. There is also a directory of individual challenges.
I had so much fun coming up with the concept and putting this card together at the scout meeting last night. I met a new paper crafter!!!! Oh are we going to have such fun playing!!! Thank you Jody for a super fun challenge. Here is my card: Splitcoaststampers Member Galleries - Shoe Girl - Handmade Cards & Crafts.
Oh, I love Scrabble! I still have our old family game with wooden tiles, though the board is a bit shabby.
I had a stamp with Snoopy and Rerun playing cards together, so I was thrilled to get a chance to use it . Just not so thrilled with the card I made . MMTPT352 Go Fish
Ladies, I'll be out most of the day, but I'll be back later to comment. Thanks for playing!

Great minds think alike Jody. I had saved a photo of this teapot for when I hosted in 2014, then we had a challenge I thought was too similar and I had to come up with a new plan. Obviously, I like this challenge, and I'll play along as soon as I finish up my massive work project, which sadly may take a few days.
what a fun story and challenge...I am a little late, but am excited to see the gallery...I LOVE games....I could play for hours...Here is my and MR. Monopoly's new T-OPOLY

Great challenge and I hope the recipient is happy! I thought hard on this and finally got it all together. I also am in the process of making a second one! Another idea!!!
Finally am getting my card posted. It goes postal today, unless I've missed the mailman, then it goes tomorrow. I've had a few challenges getting up and down the stairs lately while not putting any weight on one foot - that sounds like it could be a fun indoor game!
