If you are participating in sending your card this January to a fellow teapotter please post a comment in this thread.
Just post your Splitcoast username and a number next to it. The number will indicate in which order you happened to the thread.

3. I will do a random draw to assign each participant another Teapotter to send to.
4: Many of us are working hard on using all the wonderful bits and pieces we have received in previous Tickles. I won't currently be adding the helping hand post...but if you like to specify either that you genuinely would prefer just a card (or a recipe), or to mention � la helping hand that you really like word die-cuts or would love some cute critters, I will include any helping hand tips when I pm the assignments.
Tickle A Teapotter Card Exchange Guidelines!
Everybody loves getting tickled by a teapotter - there are just a couple of guidelines to follow.
1: You will be receiving a short pm from me on Sunday the week after the challenge - so that will be Sunday 4th Feb. It will be short and will simply say in the subject line: You tickle........
Inside the pm it will give you the SCSer's name that you are to send your card to.
If you do not receive a pm from me the evening of Monday 5th Feb, please do contact me in case I messed up.
2: Please mail your card shortly after you have received word from me regarding who you are tickling! Everyone looks forward to getting their card! If you cannot get your card off in the mail for some reason please let me know or let the person to whom you've been assigned know.
3: When you receive your card from a Fellow Teapotter, please send a pm to that person so they know their card has been received or post a comment in the Tell a Teapotter About Your Tickle thread locatedhere.
Or even both!
If you don't know the address of the person you have been assigned to, don't pm that person to get it. That will ruin their surprise! Just pm me and I will get it for you and keep the surprise intact!

Are you familiar with the push versus pull notification concept from your cell phone? Pull notifications are the ones where you request something - like maybe a photo from a multimedia message that you can choose to retrieve or not. Push ones are the ones you get whether you want them or not ;-)...
Well, the address book is now "pull". But if you sub to the thread, you'll get a gentle "push" reminder any time it's updated.
I saw this in the directions, Sabrina. If you don't know the address of the person you have been assigned to, don't pm that person to get it. That will ruin their surprise! Just pm me and I will get it for you and keep the surprise intact! So my question is do we not post our card as well?

You upload your card in the gallery as normal, Jean. As nobody (except me ;-), and I usually have forgotten by the time it arrives) knows who they will be receiving a card from until it lands in their mailbox, that's the element of surprise.
I don't see a #7; so I will take it and be in heaven!! Precious Kitty

You just leave a post here to let us know that you want to be in on the exchange and Sabrina will send out PMs with the address of the person you'll send your card to. And, you'll receive a card from the person that gets your name. :-) So, if you're going to be in write another comment saying so and what number you are (look at the comments before yours to determine the number).

Wendy here at Lucky 13, I'm definitely in and superly KEEN....well I used to be (Was my maiden name...he-he) ...I think I will take a break I love the surprises but am getting overloaded,..for the longest time they were special for me so I would save all my treats for a special card and now too many silly me...:0) so just a card for me will be fine...:0)

Didn't Polly set a terrific challenge for the first Tickle a Teapotter of 2018! What a gorgeous gallery.
All the assignments have now been pmed, along with an explanation of what the "helping hand" is, as we have so many newbies, and another reminder link about the new address list. Sorry, that link was faulty in the first four PMs, but there's also a reminder in post #2 in this thread ;-).
We have some great regular destinations lined up for the next three weeks and then Kandie will be our guest hostess for the February Tickle a Teapotter party on Feb 27.
Is it too late to join? Eeee... This is my first time and I really wanted in. I thought I had a week to sign up. Darn it. I do have a card made. lol! I can always join in on the next one...

Sent you a pm. The instructions in post #1 in this thread include that the assignments will be sent on Sunday 5th, so ideally anybody wanting to participate should have signed up by Saturday 4th ;-) , but certainly I can fit you in.
My first "tickle" has launched! I can't wait for my fellow teapotter to open her card and surprise goodies I sent along with it. I just love these challenges! Making others smile is what makes me smile😊
