Default Stash Busters December 2014 Wk 1

December 2014 Week 1

I am challenging you to use up certain items (preferably older than one year) from your stash! With this month being very busy, Ill keep the requirements short and sweet!

I always like to use sketches when Im in a hurry, this one worked out perfectly for these photos.

Sallys Sketch #328 found here: SBSC328

The only other requirements are to use the following:

1. Chipboard, I distressed mine with some CTMH sunset ink and used the last two fuzzy brads I had for this collection.

2. Fiber of your choice, the scrap burlap I had on my desk just seemed to be screaming pick me, pick me so I did! LOL.

I also stamped the flourish to fill in the little bit of space I had there, just seemed a nice fit. I hope you can play along this week.

Then link your completed layout to the gallery so we can see the pages you create:
Copy and paste the keyword: Stash14decwk1 to make sure it gets to the right gallery.

Those who complete all the weekly challenges for the month will get an honorable mention in the Stash Buster Hall of Fame

Heres my layout: A Day with Apollo
Heres the Gallery: December Stash Busters

Hope to see you in the Stash Buster Hall of Fame!

Just a friendly reminder; this should be a starting point for your layout. You can include more items (and/or pages) just so long as you include the required elements. Most of all have fun using up those OLD items in your stash of supplies! Also, if you don't have one of the items in your stash, simply replace it with something similar.
If youre participating in the Scrapbooking Goals, dont forget to use the link: sbc14dec

I have been struggling this month, no mojo or time to come with something fun. Love that you are keeping the list short, I think it will be a good place to start!!

Wink Here's Mine

Here's my page, I had to dig for this paper but I knew it had complimentary chipboard pieces which worked out great and I did find some fibers ... wow, those are old too.

I liked just having a couple items this week too ...

Smile, new ride

I started another page for this challenge but ended up not using stash stuff so had to do another.
