Question What language are these sets?

I have a customer that wants to know what language the following sets are:

Symbols of Solicitude
Kanji

She is doing a scrapbook from her trip to Japan and would buy them if they were Japanese. Does anyone know?

Thank for your help, Kathy

For both sets... kanji originated in China, but Japan uses that form of writing, also. Both would be appropriate for your friend's scrapbook.
