Default Question please!

When reading some of the posting.....I notice that following postings say "bump" sometimes by the original poster. What is this all about? I hope my question makes sense.

Thanks.....Billiekins

Every time a message is posted, that thread is brought to the top of the list in that particular forum. "Bump" is the posters way of bringing their post back to the top of the list. This is done a lot with swaps and trades so that more people will look at it because most people only view the first couple pages. Hope this makes sense!

You can't post a blank message, so typing "bump" is just a way to respond to a thread when you really have nothing to say and just want to send the thread back to the top of the list!
