OK I can't find the how to on this

I am not sure how to pm, how to see if I subscribed to a link or not for a swap or how to see when my membership runs out. Can anyone help me. I think I am computer illiterate. But I have been looking for a half hour.

1. Click on the envelope icon at the top of the screen to get to your PM box, or click on a person's name in the forum and choose that option from the list.

2. Click on 'Quick Links' and you can go straight to all of your subscribed threads. To subscribe to a new thread, click 'Thread Tools' near the top of the screen.

3. Click on 'welcome, pmorelli' to pull up your User CP and check your paid subscriptions using the link on the left-hand side of the screen.
