Newbie from Wisconsin!
Hello and happy stamping/crafting to all!

Can someone tell me how long it takes to get approved for the swaps? There are a few that I would like to join and I am afraid that they will be full before I get approved!

I sent my request over 4 hours ago....

Hi Jamee!! :)

Thank you for applying to join the swap group! You will have such fun in there. Welcome to Splitcoast! Please let me know if I can help you with anything while you get settled. I have some great informational links in my signature that are like a mini-orientation. :)

Our swap mods are volunteers and most have full time jobs so 4 hours isn't very long :)

They will only contact you if something's wrong, so check periodically to see if you have access. Here's a super helpful thread about the process: http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...e-t436253.html

Have fun in there!

Hi Jamee and welcome from New Zealand! Have fun exploring the forum - there is heaps to do here.

Hi Jamee--welcome! I too am another cheesehead and live just west of you.

I know you have already joined my swaps, so you did get approved fast. And, just so you are aware, most swaps on SCS do not close, unless they say so in the details. Mine never close, so I am glad you are joining us.

If you ever have any questions, feel free to ask anyone--we are all here to help!

I was born in Madison General Hospital, which has since changed names or something...but I'm still here almost 30 years later! I've left for school and lived in the area, but seem to keep coming back. :)

That is what it was called when I was born there almost 36 years ago! It was Meriter when my girls were born there. I moved away for college and then moved back and when I got married we moved away for job purposes. That's how I ended up in Milwaukee.
