What a fantastic sight.
I have been making cards for about 5 years. I used to be a nurse but was medically retired due to a neurological illness. Card making keeps me sane. I also like to do silk painting and batik cards
Everyone seems very friendly here. I wish I had found this site ages ago
Forgive the size of the text as my peepers are not good.

Welcome from Utah! Like I read in another thread "Hope your computer chair is comfy cause you'll be spending a lot of time in it now!!" (don't think I'm kidding, I've only been on here since the beginning of the month and I've already worn mine out!!) These ladies are the best!! Enjoy!!
Well, hello and welcome from Okinawa, Japan! I wish I would have known about this site sooner than I did, but I am just glad I had a friend tell me about it. My mother-in-law is a nurse and she likes being crafty, mosty sewing things and making costumes and other things, she's fierce with a needle and sewing machine. Also don't forget May 6th is Nurse's Day
