Welcome Carola, You are going to LOVE SCS! It is so friendly and you will learn so much. Everyone is so willing to share their talents and give you help when needed. I joined last Oct. and got the nerve to upload the end of January 05. My stamping has improved so much is such a short time. You will find also that the Stampin' Up products are such high quality and so much fun to use. All the stamp sets can be used alone or mixed with other sets. Have fun and if you have any questions just ask. We all had to be beginners just like you, but you will find yourself improving with each card. Have fun. I can't wait to see your cards. A stamper from the Oregon Coast, Nancy
P.S. My father's family immigrated to Coos Bay, Oregon in 1904 from Norway :-) My maiden name is Knutson! Nancy

Welcome, Carola!
So glad you found SCS! What a treasure trove of creativity and ideas you will find! I was so lucky to get to stay in Stockholm, near the university there for about a week. My DH (darling husband) had a conference there in Summer 2001 and he takes me along whenever he can. I loved, LOVED our time in Stockholm. We paddled a canoe on the river (Djurgardsbrunnsviken), attended a concert where we enjoyed local folk music(including Lena Willemark), toured and dined at the Wasa museum, and toured the Stadthaus (sp) where the Nobel peace prize is awarded each December 10, and enjoyed the hospitality of the area. Loved the food served and loved the furniture design. Didn't mean to ramble... Hope to see your creativity on SCS and again, Welcome!
