Newbie from Vt

Hi all,
I have been lurking on this site for sometime now reading many post and learning lots from all the creative minds here. I am pretty new to the creative world at large. I have been scrapbooking/cardmaking for about three years now and I love this hobby! I also have the shopping for supplies addiction. I have recently stopped buying on impulse and try to ask myself "Do I really need this item and AM i going to USE this item?" I am currently on a spending freeze for the last month while I attempt to make a dent in my enormous stash. I look forward to finding creative ideas and ways to use what I have and make it work from all the creative people here at SPS. With that I am off to read the forums and to see if I have any advice that may help someone out as well....

Hi Sarah and welcome from New Zealand. I am very familiar with the 'do I really need that?' question as there are always so many exciting things to try! Have fun on the forum!

Welcome Sarah!! Yep, me too and the Do I really need that. I stand in the aisles of a craft store staring at one item saying that. lol

I haven't even been in Michaels in two weeks! IF I go in, I will find something I "need" and I can't continue to spend like that! Welcome to SCS Sarah!
