Default New member looking for examples

Hi! I am a new member to Splitcoasters and a relative new stamper. I started out scrapbooking and then a friend took me to a stamp camp and I am now hooked!! I love it. I have participated in several stamp parties and one card swap, but I would love to receive more examples to get more ideas. If anyone can tell me how to do this I would be thrilled. I can exchange cards, but remember I am new and haven't done a lot, yet! Thanks alot
Susan

Sounds like the gallery is your new best friend! There are thousands upon thousands of examples in there, all organized by stamp set name. Just be patient, as it's been running a bit slow lately, but there's a ton of great stuff there!

Yup, check out the gallery! You want ideas, you got 'em! Like Rachel said, there are thousands of card examples all with the cardstock colors, ink colors and stamp sets used! Along with the Cataloge/Idea Book, it's a great resource!

There are also swaps you can join to make X # of cards and receive X # back. Those would all be found in the swap section

This place is great and bursting with talent! You're gonna love it here!

The gallery has so many wonderful ideas. One of these days I might be brave enough to add some of my cards.

Smile Uploading

Susan and Tesno, once you get started uploading (and I finally did, months after joining!), you'll find that it's addictive seeing what others think of your cards. Unless the card is truly awful (and I've seen a few, not many) or the site is really slooooooooow, I always try to find something nice to say about cards, just like Thumper's Mom! Have fun!

For actual samples that you can hold in your hands, join in on swaps! That was what I did when I started and I had a great time doing it!

Welcome and Enjoy SCS!
