Default New to board---Germany!

Hi all, I am new to this board but not to the gallery. I have been using the gallery a couple of weeks now and love seeing all the great cards! My husband is active duty air force and we are stationed in Germany. We have 3 beautiful boys and I love to scrapbook and make cards. I am new to making cards so mine aren't real technical yet! I have done swaps on other sites and am excited to do some here! Kristy

Welcome Kristy,

Which base are you at? We are in the Air Force and Stationed in Alaska at Eielson AFB. We have Germany on our Dream Sheet, maybe one day we will make it there. This website is awsome, and it has great people too.

I saw this and immediately knew had to be either you or Janice!

So how are things at Eielson? Believe it or not, we miss it terribly.

And Kristy: welcome to this group--the members here are a wonderful group full of great ideas, wonderful support, and a lot of fun to "hang" around.

Welcome to the most wonderful group!! I only recently joined and have found this to be the warmest group of internet friends! The cards that members post are amazingly talented and unique..........so many fresh ideas that my brain just buzzes! We traveled to Germany on a river cruise two years ago, and I still dream about the awe of it all.......it was like being in the middle of a "fairy tale"! I hope to go back someday for another visit!

Make lots of scrapbook pages for your family to always have the memories of your special time in Germany!

I'm an Army wife and I live in Wiesbaden! Welcome to Germany and SCS!

Default Welcome neighbor!!

What a small world! I'm stationed at Spangdahlem too with my DH, DS and DD! I'm new to making cards as well and have just started. I'm currently waiting on a SU order to get here so I can continue....LOL Let me know if you want to get together sometime. I'm even going to be going to several SU workshops soon in the next four months if you'd like to go. Then you can meet some of the other women

Where do you go to do SU things? Who is your consultant? There are a few of us that get together at one person's house to scrapbook and stamp at least 1 time a month. We do it in the evenings so the kids are in bed. We just got together last night as a matter of fact! I am also in a stamp club that we meet once a month and make cards and place orders. Kristy
