Stampendous have a hoot of a sentiment...you look fabulous given how old you are. I did this for a friends 70, but it would be even better for some one turning 100.

Well since 50 is gold...you could maybe work the idea of a platinum birthday....

I might do a shaker big enough to hold 100 whatevers...sequins or beads....

1919 was a rough year..but women got the right to vote. If you did a multi panel card maybe start with that and add in events from her own life and general like a collage?
