You can go to the forums link at the tip of the home page and then click on the swaps forum to see all of the swaps that are available. When a swap is announced, all of the details of the swap should be listed. Some say that all supplies used must be SU. Some do not. You can just sign up for the swaps that fit into what you have.
The only real mailing list that I know of is the RAK (Random Acts of Kindness). You can find this under the forums link too. You sign up to be a RAK member and can then access names and addresses of other RAK members. You then take the opportunity to send out cards to the other members any time your heart desires. It is a great group to be in!
