Default Hi, from Indiana

New to stamping and papercrafting. I bought myself a Sizzix Big Kick for Christmas, intending to do metal stamping for jewelry making, but all of a sudden there was all this papercrafting stuff that looked so cool. So here I am lost and loaded with new ideas and things to do.

Welcome LindafromIndiana!

You are going to LOVE this site. Everyone is so helpful answering questions you may have and giving suggestions for all kinds of things from papercrafting, to business, to de-cluttering, to essential oils, and much more.

There are folks from many places all around the world as well so different ideas from different areas too. Really cool!

Enjoy your time on here. What I will say is if you get excited about the swaps don't overwhelm yourself. They are wonderful but there are so many cool ones that sometimes a person can commit to too many swaps at one time. Join some swaps but start slow.

Have fun!

Hi Linda and welcome from New Zealand! What Donna T says plus you will find (as you already have) that there is a tremendous cross-over of techniques for all different crafts.

I'm having a great time. In fact, I just got laid off from work, which usually happens in the summer, so I now have time to do a lot of the things I've been wanting to try.
