Hello Everyone I joined Splitcoast stampers this week so just popping in to introduce myself
I am a Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, dog lover, friendly creative family oriented fun loving girl who lives in Lytham St Annes which is on the north west coast of England just south of Blackpool
I have been a papercrafter for over 22 years.
I am primarily a card maker but have done some scrapbooking too
I love pretty papers, interesting colour combo's, rubber stamping and die cutting just to name a few! I like to learn new techniques and fancy folds.
when I am not at my desk in that creative flow I like to put my feet up and crochet as I watch tv although i do fall asleep with the hook in my hand very often lol
I enjoy making nice cards etc for nice people and if its pretty I love it all the more!
I am on a creative mission this year!....
1, To make my Christmas 2018 cards throughout the year (I was caught out in 2017 as I was poorly for most of November so didn't get to make all the cards I had planned to send, I found that so stressful)
2, To make lots more cards to "share handmade kindness," Jennifer McGuire has really inspired me with her campaign. I want to give them to people I don't know very well too, not just my friends!
3, To use up at least some of my stash! even the papers I dont wanna use because I love them so much (I am a serious paper stroker)
4, To enter some card making challenges and have lots of fun in my creative groove, blogging at least twice a week.


I am experiencing some sight problems due to diabetes. I am at risk of losing my sight although I am trusting God in all this I don't know what the future holds for my sight. Therefore, I am determined to enjoy each creative moment as the year unfolds and be a blessing with whatever I create

Hello and a very warm welcome to you! I'm so glad you've found us! Your bubbly personality and love of paper crafting are so evident .... you are going to really enjoy this friendly community! I'm sorry you are having problems with your eyesight .... I'm praying that your sight will be saved.
