Default Hello From Georgia-What Is Burnishing?

I have found a card that I would like to recreate, but I'm confused by the term "burnishing". Can someone please explain it to me, or send me a tutorial? Thanx!

Burnishing just means rubbing. You can burnish with a bone folder, a craft stick, the back of a spoon, etc. Hope that helps
