Default Hello from Delaware

I'm a long-time subscriber to the weekly SCS newsletter, but new to the forums. An avid quiller and card maker... well, actually I love all things paper! Looking forward to learning new trends and techniques.

Hi and welcome from New Zealand. That's great you are getting into the forums - just the place for inspiration and advice!

Welcome. Never done the quilling thing. How is that? Seen it in magazines. Love to see your works.

Hi Lizzie and thanks for the welcome. Quilling is a lot of fun; well, at least I think so. It was a magazine article (Martha Stewart Living) that turned me onto it originally - I took one look and knew I had to learn! I love being able to make my own card embellishments just by rolling bits of paper. It's something different, not to mention inexpensive.

I've posted lots of free tutorials on my blog, All Things Paper, and will post some pics in the gallery as soon as I get a chance. I hope you'll give quilling a try - I'll be glad to answer any questions if you get stuck.
