I would suggest posting that inquiry in the ISO thread. Go the general forum page and scroll down-it is with the buy/sell ones. 

I just googled "sunburst paper die" and got a lot of hits. I don't know if you are looking for a full cover die or a small sun. You will have many choices. Popular topic.
