Default cutting 12x12 card stock into 5 cards

Does anyone know how to cut a 12x12 card stock into 5 cards?

Well since a card front is typically 4.25x5.50 it is not possible to get five out of one sheet, however, if you are making layered fronts and can do 4.0x5.25...you could do it...

I guess it is front layers - I have seen a post on another group awhile ago and didn't pay attention. The idea was to save paper. How would you cut the 5 layered ones.

Ok, so you have 12x12 paper...now, SU is not really 12x12 so you can't just cut it into three strips four inches wide, Do three strips just shy of four inches, say 3 7/8...then take those three strips and cut each one into two pieces that are 5 1/8 long...now you should have not just five but SIX card front layers, am I right? If you do try this let me know if the measurements work out right...they should...hmmm
