change my profile....

How do i access my profile? and how do I change my time? I'm kind of new to the site and I want to learn it more...but it's a little confusing to me...

You can make changes to your profile by going to "User CP" and choosing Edit Profile. To set your time zone go to "User CP" - Edit Options and you will find what you need there. Good luck!!
