Hi, I'm back after a few years and was wondering if anyone is from Indiana near Nashville or Bloomington, Columbus areas? We are visiting soon and looking to move to Indiana to get out of the AZ heat. Just was looking for tips on nice areas to look in that are peaceful, lots of green and low crime.
My family and I live near Auburn, Indiana and absolutely love it. We have visited Columbus, IN which is beautiful. I cannot vouch for crime in southern Indiana but it is a beautiful state. Near Madison, IN, there is Clifty Falls park...beautiful hiking and fall colors with waterfalls. Many blessings finding just the right spot to call home.
I’m a Hoosier. Born and raised in Indianapolis, now living in Carmel. Southern Indiana has several small towns that are very nice. One is Jasper. A town of about 40,000 people in the hills of SW Indiana. If you like all four seasons that’s what you get in Indiana.
I live in Memphis/Henryville Indiana, just about 15 minutes north of Louisville, KY and about 35-40 minutes south of Columbus, IN. You will get all 4 seasons here.
