Default Need to sell mom's supplies

Greetings all,
My mom passed away some time ago, and now it's time to clear out all the crafting supplies she had squirreled away over the years. I am hoping this community will know of a way to sell the stuff (paper, card making kits, bows, ribbon, card stock of many colors, stamps, metal die-cut punches, and many forms of adhesives and tapes and such) instead of just throwing it all away or burning it in a pit out back! Thanks in advance for your help!

I have to sell the abundance of crafting stuff that my mom squirreled away over the years.

We have a Buy Sell forum here. That is a good way to sell some items. Some people donate to nursing homes and schools. Sorry for your loss. Mom passed 4 1/2 years ago and she was a crafter and had a room full.

Ebay, Mercari, Etsy are all options.

so sorry for the loss of your mom - no matter how long ago. i lost my mom in 2014 and still miss her dearly. she was a baker by trade, was fabulous at cooking and sewing... I feel bad for my daughter, I've had a card ministry for nearly 20 years now - imagine how much I have stashed away...I had to add a second desk in my craft room/laundry room so I had a space to work on as my first desk is covered with ink pads, bins of sentiment stamps, a Mickey vintage phone and a postage-weighing machine and more. I am hoping to start clearing out before she is left with too much - but I LOVE playing with my toys for now.... but I would suggest taking a photo of her stuff before it goes just for your memory album....

Condolences for your loss. I like the idea of taking a pic before you clear it out.

A husband found a person at his church who was willing to sell his wife's stash on ebay who already had an account so no set up necessary. Maybe you can do that. Or on etsy. Do you have any friends who have accounts? Dont hit them with all of it at the same time if you can avoid it. Maybe one category at a time. Like paper. Then stamps, then dies.

Pricing...well...they can either check it there or just decide that you are willing to take 3 bucks for a die or whatever.

Another choice is to have a garage sale dedicated to the stuff....put it in Craig's list and stuff.

Another choice would be to approach a stamping store in your area and ask if they want to buy it cheap and flip as a bargain bin. Or they might have ideas of what to do-they have probably been asked more than once.

Definitely do NOT burn it in a pit! LOL. Donate it. Goodwill/school/church card group/whatever.

Good luck.
