Icons, Names, photos on sidebar

Where do you change those icons and put a picture on the left hand corner of the messages when we post? Thanks!

The "titles" under names change with teh number of posts-that can't be changed except by Daven or other board administrators.
The pictures are called Avatars. You upload them through your profile. Th eimage must start oit at a size of no larger than 80x80-you can play with it in your computers graphics program. When you click on your profile, you can update it and load it there.

You can do a search as well for more directions. (click on search and enter the word(s) you want.
