Splitcoast Lingo
Hello there stampers...this is my second post to splitcoast and as i am looking around the sites I notice that there is so much abrieviations to different cards describing brands and products like for instant MS Evergreen/Leaf punch. What does (MS) mean. Some stuff I can figure out but other stuff I have no clue...is there a page on split coast that is a glossary of the lingo? HELP please...Thank you.
Julianna

Martha Stewart.
She has a whole bunch of punches (borders, corners, embossed, single items, etc.) that are available at Michael's, A.C. Moore, and online stores too.
HTH - (Hope That Helps!) : )

Oh please don't feel dumb Julianna! There are many abbreviations out there, and even varieties of some of the same ones, it's confusing (and I'm still learning myself!) I like your OGG!! That one is good and should be added to the list! LOL : )

ef is shorthand for embossing folders.
BG in the context of paper is normally Basic Grey the manufacturer, although confusingly SU {Stampin Up} also have/had a colour Basic Grey.
I think because there just isn't enough time in the day for most of us, abbreviations save time when typing - the best thing is to ask if you're not sure. Everyone's friendly .

LOL! I got such a kick out of this thread.........I don't know what that long one is after the "A" part and have no idea what TITF is and was surprised by BTDT, didn't know that one either. Too funny! OGG! Is it..that is too funny? DH just asked me what I was laughing at. I told him...ME....I'm with Julianna6 and Parkes, I need a dictionary to figure all this stuff out.
Thanks for a really fun thread and welcome to SCS!

Ok I'm chatting with my mom on FB. Mind you I'm almost 40 so mom is almost 70 but pretty with it. She posts "***" to something I posted. It sorta fit but was a little too, how should I say? Forceful? So I asked her what she meant.
she meant
WASN'T THAT FUNNY!
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
