Finally wanted to introduce myself (Wanda), and thank you all for your beautiful work, kind words to each other, and overall general feeling of belonging that you have shown. It's these things that gave me the courage to say "hi".
I have been card making for almost six months - give or take - and have become quite addicted. I don't know that I will ever have the courage to upload any of my own stuff(heck, I still haven't been able to part with any of the cards I've made LOL), but I definitely enjoy taking the time every day to look at yours!
Thanks!
Hello Wanda and welcome to SCS!! We are from NH too, but temporarily (like for 5 yrs due to the military, lol) in KS. I miss it alot up there!! Maybe we can stamp together someday when I move back home!!

Well hello...I see some of friends have already welcomed you...this is a great site...
I used to have a hard time parting with my creations too...but once I did and my friends enjoyed them it really encouraged me... hope you too will share...
Thanks everyone for the nice welcome! It's been a long week, and I am looking forward to taking time to share in everyone's great work. I usually sign in everyday - but this week no such luck :-(
I'm still trying to figure out how the whole site works as far as groups, posting, swaps, etc. Now that I am "out there" I will need to take the time to learn, huh?
Thanks again!
Jenn, meant to ask: which part of NH are you from?
If this was meant for me, I am from Milton NH. I am just north of Rochester and am on the Maine/NH border. Where in NH are you from?
Have a great day and have loads of fun.
Sandy
We aren't too far away from each other. I went to Hesser College (1987 graduate that is) in Manchester before they went to the mill. That was back when the city was our campus. Cool.
Have a great day.
Sandy
Great to see people from NH on here. We should plan on a get together to stamp. I'm from Belmont.................
If anyone wants to try a get together I'm in. ;)
Kelley
Nope you are not far at all. I went to Hesser in Salem and Nashua! How funny. Do you stamp or scrap? or both? I scrap but recently found stamping! Do you go to crops or anything? ttyl
I was trying to respond to an earlier post :-) oops...regardless, I can't believe you live in Milton! Not only do I live in Rochester, but I graduated HS in Milton. Thanks for saying hi!
How wild is that?! You are the closest one I have "met" on here. That is cool. I have a feeling I may be a bit older than you guys, tho. I'm 38 - will be 39 in Sept. It is very nice to meet you all. Have a great night.

I do both. I haven't scrapped in a long time, tho. My photos show that. LOL I really need to get in gear on that one. I think I need to give myself a goal for the year. Have a great night.

I don't bother with goals...LOL...or I would be in trouble cause this new stamping hobby and making cards and such is killing my time!!
A little about myself...I will be 28 in Sept. I am also getting married in Sept. I have a 8 yr old son, Christian...who starts school this coming Wed!!!!!!!
I am SO glad to have found this site. It is not as "clicky" as some others. I hope it all stays so fun and friendly!!
A little bit about me... Like I said, I am 38 working on 39 (really). I have been married for 13 years (14 in Oct) and have 4 children - all girls, ages 11, 9, 7 and 5. Yep, we in fact are quite busy.
My girls begin school on Wednesday as well. My baby begins Kindergarten on the 5th (parent day) and officially on the 6th of Sept. I cannot believe that this summer is already over. It has gone very quickly.
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Just remember to have fun at your wedding and don't get too caught up on the details. That day is about you and your husband - no one else despite what they may think. HA HA HA Have a great day. That will be your big scrapbooking project when you get all your photos back. It will be so much fun to reminisce. You'll be amazed how quickly the day will go by.
Have a great night.

Hi everyone! This is great, I've been lurking for a while too, but this thread finally gave me the courage to do my first post. I was so excited, cuz I've been lurking from just below the NH border in, MA! We're dying to jump the border and join you, but we're getting closer! As my upline says: "Stamp Free or Dye"!!
It's nice to mee you, Heather. This is an awesome site. I love the challenges they post and the swaps are quite addicting. I like that "Stamp Free or Dye" slogan. I may have to use it.
Well, I must get my little buggers settled for the evening. Hannah Montana is on and it is like pulling teeth to get them into bed when that is on. Have a great night.

Hi Heather! I am sure you will love this site. I have only been on about 2 weeks and I feel like a member of a family! Haverhill is not far at all. I am glad you took the plunge and posted. Can't wait to hear more from you!!
