My name is Joan, and although I am new to this forum, I am not new to rubber stamping.
I started with my addiction ;) in 1997 and just love to stamp and communicate with others who love the look of ink on paper. Through a compuserve forum I met some really good friends in Illinois, Florida and North Carolina.
Whilst visiting them I was taken to a Stampin Up party, and now I am hooked.
I love these sets of stamps, but unfortunately they are not obtainable here in the UK. Fortunately there is paypal and I have a US bank account that lets me " aquire" some new sets occassionally. SU catalogues are great to see the products, but are also a wealth of design ideas. I tick off the sets I have and put large stars against the ones I would like.
This website looks fantastic and there is so much to look at :cool:
I am so looking forward to "meeting" you all and hopefully joining in some of your many activities.
