Hi there and welcome from New Zealand. Can't help you with the Big Shot versus Cuttlebug question but I would like to welcome you to the forum. I buy a lot of SU stamp sets and if you check out my gallery you will probably recognize some of them! Anyway, have fun with the forum!

Hi!

I'm new also, and just browsing through pictures from galleries all over, I saw a really cute card that looked pretty simple. I can't find the picture, but it used mostly punches to create a little Easter bird, with a scallop circle punch for the head, and heart punches for the feet. Various sizes of the circle punches created the eyes, and it turned out to be SUPER cute!

Sorry I couldn't find the picture, hope it goes well!

I love both, but if I hadn't received the Cuttlebug first as a gift, I'd have gone strictly for the Big Shot. It's more stable, doesn't skate around on my desk (the CB never seems to stay stuck), and just seems more sturdy.
