Nestabilitie Problem or is it me?

I have quite a few (ok a lot) Spellbinder Nestabilities and I love them.
But...tonight when I used the two smaller dies from the Lattice Rectangles for the first time I discovered that they only cut out the shape. They do not cut out the "lattice" work. They can't because when looking at them the "lattice" cutting edges are missing from the die cuts. Is this the way all of the pkgs of Lattice Rectangles are or was I lucky(?) and got a defective package?
The picture on the front seems to show what I thought was cut out work. But the little one doesn't even do a decent job of embossing. Not sure if the second to the smallest will emboss but it sure won't cut out the lattice work.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. And I live 2 hours one way from the closest stamp store.

They're not defective, at least not on the cutting. You can look at the ucutathome site, enlarge the image-- you'll see that the lattice isn't cut out. To really get the embossing, you might need to run through with the mat after cutting. Spellbinders - Nestabilities - Decorative Elements - Lattice Rectangles

I did run it through with the mat after cutting. Not as impressed as I would like. Actually hardly any embossing at all on it. I will try again tho.
