New and already addicted...
Uh-Oh! I am also new and am already addicted to this site! This is my first post, and I thought that I would go all out and post a new topic!
A little info on me...I've been a demonstrator since April and I started stampng in March. I knew right away that I was going to need that discount!
Thanks to all of you who suggested joining up with the other demos on this site. I am just waiting to be approved.
Hope to be chatting with many of you soon! Angela

A Question Already!
When I tried to submit my post with my registered username, it kept saying that the username I entered was already taken. So then I put in Megan&Gregory'smom, and it let me submit it, but lists me as a guest and not as a registered user. HELP! Thanks! Angela

Angela, welcome! My only question is... if you joined in September, what took you so long to post? I can't talk though!! I joined in March of last year, and did't start posting until July of this year... over a year in between.. but now I can't stop!

New Member and Stamper
I am not only new to this site but also new to the stammping scene. I'm just getting started and am overwhelmed with everything on the market. Can I get some suggestions from all you experienced stampers as to what is a must to have on my craft counter.
Thanks

Welcome also to Rita!
You've asked a very BIG question!!! There are soooo many different ways to get started - a lot of them depend on budget. I usually recommend the following to my newbie customers...US white cardstock, a set of spots mini ink pads (your favorite color family), assorted cardstock to match your spots, a set of blender pens ( you can get a watercolor effect with your ink pads, and later also use with chalks and watercolors), Versamark pad, a couple of stamp sets ( all occassion or floral or seasonal or whaetver you like).
Then accessories like a paper cutter/trimmer, adhesive (mono or double stick tape), bone folder (I couldn't live without that!).
Of course the list is endless...

Thanks for you help Jami.
I already have a set of spots, the Versamark pad, and a couple sets of stamps. I have the paper cutter, mono adhesive and a good supply of papers from my scrapbook adventures so I think I'm off to a good start. Thanks for your help.
I have given my husband and entire family the name of my demenstrator and a Christmas wish list of SU stuff.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!

Tell them you want gift certificates! That way you can but during Sell-A-Bration and get free sets too!
But then there's free shipping right now so that's a good thing too!
