I'm new to this site. How do I get a picture of my avatar to appear under my name in the lefthand side like everyone else's posts? Where did "Cardstock Collector" that appears under my name come from? I don't remember typing that. Thanks.
Joy, first off, welcome to Splitcoast! Your life will never be the same now that you've found this place! The "cardstock collector" is just a title that changes with the amount of posts that you have. You don't have to do anything to change it, except for post!!
As for the picture, you need to go up to the top of the page, click on your name where it says "welcome princessgene" once that page comes up on the left click "edit avatar" - it has to be 80x80 pixels or 19.5 kb, whichever is smaller. If you have a problem editing it, there are plenty of people around here who would be willing to resize it for you.
Okay here is another question I hope someone can help me with. I have noticed that the photos in the gallery are crystal clear. Then you look at mine and they are blurry! What can I do to get better quality looking photos of my cards? I have a kodak easyshare C310. Thanks!

Hi and Welcome to SCS! To answer your question, many photos in the gallery have been scanned in, not taken with a camera. But, if you are using a camera, try not to get too close to the item. Stay back and use your zoom. If it is still blurry, take the picture then zoom in once it is on your computer. HTH!
Thanks so much for the tip on making my pics come out better. And boy did they! I guess I thought it would be quicker to take pictures of my work and completely forgot I even had a scanner! Wow, what a difference. My scanned pics turned soooo much better. Here is the link to my new pics. Tell me what you think.
