How long does craft white ink take to dry?
Does anybody have a hint on how to get the craft white ink to dry faster? I guess I'm just too impatient, and I always seem to smear it!! Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated Thanks! ~ Lisa

Have you tried using your heat gun to dry the ink?

I tried that, but didn't seem to make it dry any faster! Thanks for the hint, though, I appreciate you taking the time to respond!

I always emboss mine with clear EP. That way I don't have to worry about smearing. I'm too impatient.

I always dry the craft inks with my heat gun - very lightly. They will dry.

5-10 minutes without a heat gun (assuming you are using regular matte cardstock).

I think it takes forever too, I tried the heat gun, I waited and waited....mine took overnight before it was completely dry on the last project I did...it was not that thick either but there were some places that were thicker than others, it was an entire 8.5 x 11 sheet stamped on regular SU cardstock...I have not used it again since b/c it took so long, I was tearing it so I needed it to be dry....the clear emboss is a good idea though

A tip from my upline - stamp whatever you want in white craft ink the day before you want to use it on a card! I love to use it, but it does take overnight to dry.
