How to post a poll?

I'm new to this site and I wonder what I have to do to post a poll??

*First, decide how many options your poll will have and how to word them.
*Second, decide whether your poll belongs in a Stamping forum, a Scrapping forum, Current Events, or Family Stuff etc. etc. etc...
*Open that forum
*Click the start a new thread button
*Scroll down a bit to options. The instructions for how to post a poll will be there.
